Women/Wahine: building respectful relationships

This programme helps women address their own issues of anger, abuse or violence that they may be facing in their lives. For some women, this anger may be related to having experienced abuse in their own lives. For others, the pressure of everyday life (money, parenting, etc) may have become too much.

For women/wahine who want to explore and change patterns of conflict in families, relationships and work situations.

How The programme provides opportunities for participants to develop a better understanding of themselves and their behaviour. It also supports you to learn new skills to help you move beyond limiting patterns and behaviour, improve communication, and have a stronger, more empowered position in relationships.

When Group and individual programmes are available – we’ll talk through your options at an initial assessment meeting.
